Tre Pieve has been at my side for three transactions over the last 23 years. All the staff are totally professional, proactive, rapid, and courteous - genuinely nice people who really know what they are doing and have expert knowledge of their market. You can trust them absolutely, which is the most important factor in selecting an estate agent when you buy or sell property. They are, without doubt, the best. Very highly recommended.

We bought our home on Lake Como with Fabio, and seven years later we sold it through him. Great guy, with very helpful team (Emily) - both speak English. They organise the entire process, and even when I needed help with a utility company during our ownership, Emily helped with that. My advice is don't look any further than these guys.

Cette agence a un choix important de biens à vendre, mais au-delà de cela, l'équipe est disponible, à l'écoute, professionelle ! Une expérience rassurante : Etant Francais, l'agence Tre Pievi s'est occupé de toutes les démarches administratives ( du Codice Fiscal à l'ouverture de l'électricité au transfert de propriété en mairie ). Ils ont toujours été très réactifs dans les échanges. En cas de doute, ils répondent rapidement aux questions ( mail / téléphone ) Pour synthétiser, en plus de franchir une étape importante dans notre vie, cette agence a rendu l'expérience excellente.
